SAGA classic Blue Brie cheese is a unique triple-cream, blue veined cheese. This original creation is wonderfully rich and smooth with flavorful bites of blue. The cheese may develop white and blue molds on the cut sides of the wedge. Classic Saga is the perfect choice for blue cheese novices. It is available in a 5 oz wedge as well as 2.75 lb wheel.
SAGA Blue Brie is the same wonderful, mild and creamy blue, in a 10 oz or 12 oz baby wheel and in a 5 oz halfmoon. This product size is only available in the US, and is tailored for the bakers and partiers in mind. Place in the center of a bread bowl and warm in oven until soft, or just place on tray with crackers and wine.
SAGA Creamy Brie is double-cream brie that is produced in the US but handcrafted in Danish and French traditions. It provides a very creamy and mild flavor with a hint of earthiness that goes with any brie. This product is served well baked insides puff pastry and sprinkled with fruits and nuts. SAGA Creamy Brie is available in a 10 oz round package and a 5 oz halfmoon.
SAGA Camembert is double-cream camembert again produced in the US. This product is very similar to our Creamy Brie, but provides a more closed structure on the inside and will “run” more than our Brie. This product holds its own by just serving it at room temperature with crackers and some fruit. SAGA Camembert is available in a 10 oz round package and a 5 oz halfmoon.
SAGA Danish Style Blue is the perfect cheese for the person who is looking for the traditional blue cheese flaor. It is created by our Danish master cheese makers using original Danish Blue recipes and methods. It features a robust blue flavor with a unique and creamy texture and is aged to perfection for more than 60 days. SAGA Danish Style Blue is available in a 4 oz. wedge as well as a 6 lb wheel.
SAGA Crumbled Blue is another extension of our Danish Style Blue. It is freshly crumbled straight from our Danish Blue wheel. This time we have made it convenient to sprinkle the Blue, by crumbling it. Again, it gives you the robust blue flavor in a convenient 4 oz cup of crumbles. This package makes selling and storing easy and convenient with a re-sealable feature.
SAGA Gorgonzola is a rich and buttery blue cheese with added cream for smoother texture. Once the cheese has melted in your mouth, a zesty sweet flavor finishes you off and leaves you wanting more. It is aged under perfect conditions for 90 days. SAGA Gorgonzola is available in a 4 oz. wedge as well as a 6 lb wheel.
